70. V3.2 reconciliation: jobs, property, vehicles and food
Recruitment ads must identify the employer or authorised agency and any required KRAZ status. Property and vehicle ads must identify the responsible owner, broker, dealer or private seller. Food advertising must accurately disclose supplier identity, allergens and legally required information. Regulated or high-risk categories may remain enquiry-only.
71. AI-generated advertising

Synthetic or materially manipulated media must be labelled where required and must not fabricate licences, testimonials, property condition, vehicle history, product performance or guaranteed outcomes.

An advertisement that announces a price reduction to Polish consumers must show the legally required reference price. For an ordinary product or service offered for at least 30 days, this generally means the lowest price applied during the preceding 30 days; the Platform must support the different statutory methods for newer and rapidly perishable offers. A crossed-out price, percentage saving, countdown, multi-buy or original-price claim must not create a false impression of advantage.
Comparative, performance, health, safety, financial and environmental claims must be specific, clear and supported by evidence held before publication. Generic claims such as green, climate neutral, safe, guaranteed or best must not be used where the scope, method or substantiation would mislead. Sponsored, affiliate and other commercial content must be identifiable as advertising and disclose the material commercial relationship where required.
