1. Scope and supplier

These terms apply to event discovery, registration, booking and ticket tools. The Listing and checkout must identify the organiser and whether Findit acts only as platform/ticketing agent or as supplier. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the organiser is responsible for holding, changing and safely operating the event.

2. Organiser information and duties

The organiser must provide legal identity, contact details, venue, date and time, programme, age limits, accessibility information, capacity, admission conditions, refund rules and total price. It is responsible for permits, insurance, performers, venue rights, security, alcohol or food compliance and emergency planning.

3. Order formation and ticket issue

The order flow states when the organiser accepts the booking. A browser return or reservation request alone is not payment confirmation. A ticket may be issued only after the required confirmation, and the holder should check the name, event, date, category and access instructions promptly.

4. Price, fees and payment

Checkout must show the ticket price, taxes and any platform, booking or delivery fee before purchase. Online payment is available only where an approved provider is shown. Findit does not promise escrow or guaranteed organiser funds and may restrict a category or event pending provider approval.

5. Admission, QR codes and transfer

A QR or barcode may admit only the first valid scan and must not be publicly shared. The organiser may check age, identity, ticket category and safety conditions lawfully. Transfer or resale is allowed only where the ticket and organiser rules permit and must not involve fraud, unlawful mark-ups or duplicate codes.

6. Changes, postponement and cancellation

The organiser must notify material changes promptly. If an event is cancelled, or materially changed or postponed so that mandatory law or the disclosed policy provides a remedy, the customer may be entitled to refund or another choice. Travel and accommodation losses are governed by applicable law and any express organiser undertaking.

7. Withdrawal and dated leisure exception

The general 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to services related to leisure activities where the contract provides a specific date or period, if the statutory conditions are met. That exception does not eliminate rights arising from cancellation, non-performance, misleading information or lack of conformity.

8. Safety, conduct and accessibility

Attendees must follow lawful venue and safety instructions. Removal should be proportionate and must not be discriminatory. Organisers should provide promised reasonable accessibility arrangements and a route for disability-related questions before purchase. Illegal weapons, harassment and dangerous conduct are prohibited.

9. Recording, media and privacy

The organiser must obtain rights and permits for music, performers, livestreams and publication and provide legally required notices about photography or recording. Uploaders must respect privacy, image and publicity rights. A ticket does not grant unlimited consent to use a person's likeness for unrelated advertising.

10. Prohibited and fraudulent events

Findit may remove events that are unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, fictitious, infringe rights or lack required organiser identity. Ticket bots, counterfeit tickets, duplicate codes, chargeback fraud and off-platform impersonation are prohibited and may be reported.

11. Complaints and evidence

Event-performance complaints should be directed to the organiser and may also be routed through Findit. Findit may preserve the Listing, order, ticket status, scan data, notices and communications to investigate. Payment-provider and statutory routes remain available.

12. Liability and force majeure

Each party remains responsible for its own obligations. The organiser's force-majeure term must be fair, transparent and consistent with mandatory consumer law; it cannot automatically transfer every business risk to the consumer. Findit's platform liability remains governed by the Terms and mandatory law.

13. Event listing and organiser compliance record

An event Listing should state the organiser's identity and contact route, venue or online format, date, time and time zone, ticket classes and total prices, material programme information, age and admission rules, accessibility information, recording notice, cancellation or postponement treatment and any transfer or resale restriction. Material changes must be communicated promptly through available durable channels.

The organiser remains responsible for venue permission, capacity and fire safety, crowd and emergency planning, alcohol or food permissions, performer and neighbouring rights, and music, recording or broadcast licences such as those administered by relevant Polish collecting societies where applicable. Findit must not state that it verified a permit unless the corresponding evidence was actually reviewed.
