2. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
1.1. This Policy explains: - who may submit reviews and ratings; - how Findit identifies reviews connected with Platform transactions; - how external recommendations are treated; - whether positive and negative reviews are published; - how ratings are calculated; - how reviews are moderated; - what content is prohibited; - how Providers may respond; - how reviews may affect ranking; - how review decisions may be reported or appealed; and - how Findit prevents review manipulation. 1.2. This Policy applies to reviews, ratings, recommendations, endorsements, testimonials and Provider responses displayed through Findit. 1.3. It supplements: - the Findit Terms of Service; - Provider, Seller and Business User Terms; - Community Guidelines; - How Ranking Works Policy; - Report Content Procedure; - Complaints, Disputes and Appeals Procedure; - Privacy Policy; and - applicable category-specific terms. 1.4. Mandatory law prevails over inconsistent Platform wording.
3. REVIEW PRINCIPLES
2.1. Findit aims to maintain a review system that is: - useful; - transparent; - balanced; - resistant to manipulation; - open to genuine positive and negative experiences; - respectful of lawful expression; - fair to Customers and Providers; and - clear about what Findit has and has not verified. 2.2. Findit does not guarantee that every factual statement contained in a review is correct. 2.3. Publication of a review does not mean that Findit: - agrees with the review; - endorses the reviewer; - accepts every factual allegation; - has independently investigated the transaction; - guarantees the reviewed Provider; or - has made a legal finding against either party. 2.4. Reviews remain the responsibility of the users who submit them.
4. TYPES OF REVIEWS
Findit may display the following review types.
5. VERIFIED TRANSACTION REVIEW
A review may be labelled: “Verified Transaction” or: “Verified Booking” only where Findit can connect the review to a qualifying order, booking or ticket transaction recorded through the Platform. Reasonable verification may include matching: - the reviewer’s account; - the relevant order or booking; - the Contractual Supplier; - payment or confirmed booking status; - delivery, attendance or completion information; and - the review-submission invitation or order record. The label means only that Findit linked the review to the stated Platform transaction. It does not mean that Findit independently confirmed every statement in the review.
6. EXTERNAL RECOMMENDATION
Findit may permit a user to describe an experience that did not arise from a transaction completed through Findit. Such content must be labelled: “External Recommendation — transaction not verified by Findit” or equivalent wording. An External Recommendation: - must reflect a genuine experience; - may require additional context or evidence; - is not treated as a Verified Transaction Review; - is not included in the Provider’s numeric average rating; - must not be presented as Findit-verified; and - may be removed where authenticity cannot reasonably be assessed. Findit may keep External Recommendations disabled for particular categories or throughout the initial marketplace launch.
7. PROVIDER RESPONSE
A Provider may respond publicly to a review in accordance with this Policy. A Provider response: - is not a review; - does not affect the numeric rating; - must be professional and relevant; - must not reveal confidential or personal information; - must not threaten or harass the reviewer; and - remains subject to moderation.
8. SPONSORED OR INCENTIVISED CONTENT
Findit does not permit sponsored or incentivised consumer reviews to be submitted as ordinary reviews. A Provider, advertiser or other person must not offer: - money; - discounts; - refunds; - free goods; - free services; - gifts; - loyalty points; - entry into a competition; - preferential treatment; or - another benefit in exchange for a positive review, a particular rating or the removal of a negative review. Where Findit publishes a paid testimonial as advertising, it must be clearly labelled: “Sponsored testimonial” or: “Paid advertisement” Such advertising: - is not treated as an independent consumer review; - is not included in the numeric rating; - does not receive a Verified Transaction label; and - must comply with Findit’s advertising rules.
9. WHO MAY SUBMIT A REVIEW?
4.1. A Verified Transaction Review may normally be submitted by the account connected to the relevant order, booking or ticket. 4.2. Findit may permit a review where: - the transaction was completed; - goods were delivered or collected; - a service was performed; - an Event was attended; - the Provider failed to perform an accepted booking; - the Provider cancelled an accepted transaction; - the Customer experienced a material part of the transaction; or - another genuine transaction experience occurred. 4.3. A user must not review a Provider where the user: - had no genuine experience; - is the Provider; - works for or controls the Provider and does not disclose that connection; - is acting for a competitor solely to damage the Provider; - was paid or rewarded for the review; - is using a false or duplicate account; - is submitting the review on behalf of an unidentified person; or - is otherwise attempting to manipulate ratings. 4.4. Findit may limit each qualifying transaction to one principal Customer review. 4.5. Where several distinct goods or services were supplied in one transaction, Findit may permit separate reviews for each relevant item or service. 4.6. Findit may prevent a user from reviewing where the order was created solely to generate a rating.
10. REVIEW SUBMISSION PERIOD
5.1. Findit may invite a Customer to review after the relevant delivery, completion, attendance, cancellation or other transaction event. 5.2. The review interface will display any applicable submission period. 5.3. Findit may accept a later review where: - a hidden issue became apparent later; - a complaint remained ongoing; - the Provider’s after-sales conduct is relevant; - technical problems prevented timely submission; or - another reasonable justification exists. 5.4. The expiry of a review-submission period does not remove statutory complaint, refund, conformity, warranty or court rights.
11. INFORMATION DISPLAYED WITH A REVIEW
6.1. A published review may display: - the reviewer’s chosen public name; - rating; - review text; - date submitted; - date of experience or transaction; - relevant category; - Verified Transaction or External Recommendation label; - whether the review was edited; - Provider response; - Findit moderation note where needed; and - other non-sensitive information useful for understanding the review. 6.2. Findit does not normally publish the reviewer’s: - full legal name; - home address; - private telephone number; - email address; - payment information; - order documents; - identity documents; or - other unnecessary personal information. 6.3. Findit may display only the month or an approximate date where this reduces unnecessary identification risk without misleading users.
12. REVIEW CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
7.1. A review should: - reflect the reviewer’s genuine experience; - relate to the relevant Provider, goods, service, Event or transaction; - distinguish personal opinion from factual allegations; - describe the experience with reasonable accuracy; - avoid unnecessary personal information; - remain understandable and relevant; and - comply with applicable law and Findit policies. 7.2. Reviews may be: - positive; - neutral; - negative; - critical; - complimentary; or - mixed. 7.3. A review will not be removed merely because it is negative, commercially inconvenient or lowers a Provider’s rating.
13. PROHIBITED REVIEW CONTENT
Users must not submit reviews containing: - fabricated experiences; - false transaction claims; - fake allegations submitted in bad faith; - threats; - blackmail; - extortion; - targeted harassment; - hate or unlawful discrimination; - doxxing; - private addresses; - private telephone numbers; - identity-document details; - banking or payment information; - confidential legal, medical or immigration documents; - non-consensual intimate information; - child-safety violations; - irrelevant political or personal attacks; - advertising or promotional spam; - affiliate links; - malicious links; - content copied without permission; - unlawful intellectual-property material; - accusations presented as established criminal findings without adequate basis; - content intended solely to manipulate ranking; - instructions for illegal activity; or - other unlawful or prohibited content.
14. GENUINE NEGATIVE REVIEWS
9.1. Findit aims to publish genuine negative reviews that comply with this Policy. 9.2. Findit does not remove a review solely because: - the Provider disputes it; - the Provider issued a refund; - the Provider apologised; - the complaint was settled; - the reviewer did not accept the Provider’s explanation; - the review lowers the rating; - the Provider is verified; - the Provider is a Trusted Partner; - the Provider purchases advertising; or - the Provider has a commercial relationship with Findit. 9.3. A refund or settlement may be mentioned by the reviewer or Provider where relevant, but it does not automatically erase the original experience. 9.4. A reviewer may voluntarily update their review after a resolution. 9.5. Providers must not pressure, threaten or reward users to alter or delete genuine reviews.
15. PRE-PUBLICATION AND POST-PUBLICATION CHECKS
10.1. Findit may use automated and human checks before or after publication. 10.2. Checks may consider: - whether the review is connected to a recorded transaction; - duplicate text; - repeated ratings from connected accounts; - unusual account activity; - suspicious IP or device patterns; - prohibited words or links; - personal data; - threats or harassment; - review exchanges; - conflicts of interest; - multiple reviews submitted in a short period; - evidence of commercial influence; and - other fraud or authenticity signals. 10.3. Automated screening does not mean that every flagged review is false or unlawful. 10.4. Findit may send a review for human assessment before taking a significant moderation decision. 10.5. Findit does not promise that every manipulated review will be detected immediately.
16. WHETHER ALL REVIEWS ARE PUBLISHED
11.1. Findit aims to publish all genuine positive, neutral and negative reviews that comply with this Policy. 11.2. Reviews may not appear immediately where they require: - automated screening; - personal-data redaction; - fraud review; - evidence review; - legal assessment; - translation or formatting; - investigation of a report; or - another legitimate moderation step. 11.3. Findit may refuse, delay, limit, redact or remove a review where it breaches this Policy or applicable law. 11.4. Findit does not publish only positive reviews. 11.5. Findit does not guarantee that every submitted review will be accepted.
17. EDITING REVIEWS
12.1. A reviewer may be permitted to edit a review. 12.2. An edited review may display an “Edited” label and the date of the latest material edit. 12.3. Findit may retain previous versions for: - moderation; - complaints; - appeals; - fraud prevention; - legal evidence; and - audit purposes. 12.4. A material change to the numeric rating will cause the Provider’s rating to be recalculated. 12.5. Findit may restrict repeated edits intended to manipulate rating visibility or avoid moderation.
18. PROVIDER RESPONSES
13.1. A reviewed Provider may submit a public response. 13.2. The Provider should use the response to: - provide relevant context; - acknowledge the experience; - explain a correction; - state that a complaint process is available; - clarify a factual misunderstanding; or - explain the resolution reached. 13.3. A Provider must not include: - the Customer’s full name; - address; - telephone number; - email address; - order documents; - medical information; - immigration information; - legal communications; - payment details; - threats; - insults; or - unrelated allegations. 13.4. A Provider must not falsely state that Findit found the reviewer dishonest unless Findit actually made and communicated such a decision. 13.5. Findit may remove or redact a Provider response under the same moderation principles applied to reviews.
19. REVIEW REPORTING
14.1. Anyone may report a review through: - the Report button attached to the review; - the Report Content page; or - hello@finditeu.com. 14.2. Report reasons may include: - fake review; - no genuine experience; - conflict of interest; - paid or incentivised review; - personal data; - harassment; - threats; - hate or discrimination; - unlawful accusation; - intellectual-property infringement; - promotional spam; - review manipulation; or - another breach. 14.3. A report should identify: - the review; - the reason; - relevant context; - supporting evidence where available; and - contact details where the reporter wants confirmation. 14.4. Reporting a review does not automatically remove it. 14.5. Findit may temporarily limit the review while investigating a serious privacy, fraud or safety concern.
20. EVIDENCE AND INVESTIGATION
15.1. Findit may consider: - order and booking records; - payment status; - delivery or attendance records; - messages sent through the Platform; - complaint records; - photographs; - documents; - account relationships; - timing and activity patterns; - Provider submissions; - reviewer submissions; and - other relevant evidence. 15.2. Findit may request clarification from the reviewer or Provider. 15.3. Failure to provide requested information may affect Findit’s ability to verify or retain the review. 15.4. Findit does not determine complex civil, criminal, professional or defamation disputes as a court would. 15.5. Where a factual dispute cannot reasonably be resolved through Platform records, Findit may: - leave the review published; - add contextual information; - limit particular statements; - remove unlawful portions; - request correction; - temporarily hide the review; or - direct the parties to an appropriate external process.
21. POSSIBLE MODERATION ACTIONS
Findit may: - publish the review; - publish it with a label; - request clarification; - request evidence; - request correction; - redact personal information; - limit visibility; - temporarily hide it; - remove part of it; - remove the complete review; - remove a Provider response; - exclude the rating from calculation; - remove a verification label; - restrict review privileges; - suspend an account; - preserve evidence; - notify affected users; or - take another proportionate action.
22. REVIEW DECISIONS AND REASONS
17.1. Where required, Findit will provide the affected user with information about a review decision. 17.2. The notice may identify: - the affected review; - the action taken; - whether the issue concerns illegality or Platform rules; - the main reason; - the relevant Policy section; - whether automated tools contributed; - any correction available; and - the appeal route. 17.3. Information may be limited where disclosure would: - reveal personal data; - expose fraud-detection systems; - create a safety risk; - prejudice an investigation; - breach legal confidentiality; or - violate an authority order.
23. APPEALS
18.1. A reviewer or Provider may appeal an eligible decision concerning: - rejection of a review; - removal; - redaction; - loss of a Verified Transaction label; - exclusion from rating calculation; - removal of a Provider response; - review-account restriction; or - refusal to act on a reported review. 18.2. Appeals may be submitted through: - the decision notification; - the Complaints and Appeals page; or - hello@finditeu.com. 18.3. Suggested email subject:
24. REVIEW DECISION APPEAL
18.4. The appeal should include: - decision reference; - review reference; - reason for disagreement; - relevant evidence; - requested outcome; and - any correction offered. 18.5. Appeals are free of charge. 18.6. Eligible appeals receive appropriate human review. 18.7. Where the Digital Services Act internal complaint system applies, the appeal will remain available for at least the legally applicable period. 18.8. Findit may: - uphold the decision; - modify the decision; - restore the review; - restore the Verified Transaction label; - restore the rating; - request an edit; or - reverse the decision.
25. NUMERIC RATING CALCULATION
19.1. Unless another category-specific method is clearly disclosed, the Provider’s displayed overall rating is calculated using eligible published Verified Transaction ratings. 19.2. External Recommendations, Provider responses and paid testimonials are not included. 19.3. The overall rating is the arithmetic mean of eligible ratings included in the calculation. 19.4. The displayed result may be rounded to one decimal place. 19.5. Findit will also display the number of ratings included in the calculation. 19.6. Where category ratings are offered, such as: - quality; - communication; - punctuality; - value; - cleanliness; - accuracy; or - delivery, the relevant category method will be explained in the review interface. 19.7. Findit does not secretly increase or reduce a rating because a Provider: - pays a higher commission; - purchases advertising; - is a Trusted Partner; - buys a subscription; - has a referral relationship; or - supplies services directly to Findit. 19.8. When an eligible rating is added, edited, excluded, restored or removed, the displayed average may change. 19.9. A new Provider with no eligible ratings will display: “No ratings yet” and will not be assigned a fabricated starting score.
26. REVIEW ORDER AND DISPLAY
20.1. Reviews may be ordered by: - newest; - oldest; - highest rating; - lowest rating; - most relevant; - most helpful; - verified only; or - another clearly identified user-selected method. 20.2. Where Findit uses a default “most relevant” order, it may consider: - Verified Transaction status; - recency; - relevance to the viewed Listing; - detail and usefulness; - genuine user helpfulness signals; - language; - safety and moderation status; and - whether the review relates to the same category. 20.3. Findit must not secretly place only positive reviews first because they are commercially favourable. 20.4. Users should be able to access negative as well as positive reviews. 20.5. Sponsored testimonials must not be inserted into the ordinary review list in a way that makes them appear independent.
27. REVIEWS AND SEARCH RANKING
21.1. Review score and review history may be among the factors considered in organic search and recommendations. 21.2. Reviews are not the only ranking factor. 21.3. Ranking may also consider: - relevance; - eligibility; - location; - availability; - recency; - fulfilment; - response performance; - verification; - safety signals; and - other factors described in the How Ranking Works Policy. 21.4. Paid promotion does not alter the review score. 21.5. Removing a fraudulent or prohibited rating may change the Provider’s rating and, consequently, may affect visibility.
28. PROHIBITED REVIEW MANIPULATION
Users and Providers must not: - submit fake reviews; - commission fake reviews; - purchase reviews; - submit reviews through employees or relatives without disclosure; - arrange reciprocal review exchanges; - create fake transactions for reviews; - create duplicate accounts; - use bots; - coordinate mass ratings; - suppress genuine negative reviews; - threaten a reviewer; - condition a refund on review removal; - offer rewards only for positive reviews; - transfer reviews between unrelated Listings; - reuse a review for another product or service; - misrepresent social-media likes as reviews; - falsely claim that a review is verified; - manipulate helpfulness votes; or - use another method to distort ratings or reputation.
29. PROVIDER REQUESTS FOR REVIEWS
23.1. Providers may make a neutral request for a genuine review. 23.2. A neutral request must not: - ask only satisfied Customers; - request a five-star rating; - offer a reward for positive feedback; - pressure the Customer; - provide suggested praise for copying; - mislead the Customer about the effect of the review; - threaten loss of support; or - interfere with an ongoing complaint. 23.3. Where Findit sends automated review invitations, the invitation should be sent on materially equal terms to eligible Customers rather than only those expected to give positive ratings.
30. REFUNDS, COMPLAINTS AND REVIEWS
24.1. A Provider must not make a lawful refund, repair, replacement or complaint response conditional on: - submitting a positive review; - changing a rating; - deleting a negative review; or - agreeing not to publish an experience. 24.2. A Customer must not threaten a false negative review to obtain money, services or benefits to which they are not entitled. 24.3. An ongoing complaint does not automatically prevent publication of a review. 24.4. Findit may temporarily delay a review where publication would create a serious risk to: - a fraud investigation; - personal safety; - confidential evidence; - a child; - a criminal investigation; or - another protected interest. 24.5. Resolution of the complaint does not automatically remove the review.
31. REVIEWS OF FINDIT DIRECT SERVICES
25.1. Reviews concerning a service or product marked: “Provided by Findit Sp. z o.o.” or: “Sold by Findit Sp. z o.o.” are reviews of Findit as the Contractual Supplier. 25.2. Findit will not apply a more favourable review standard to its own services. 25.3. Reviews of Findit Direct Services may be included in a separate Findit rating rather than transferred to an independent subcontractor. 25.4. Where a subcontractor’s identity was material and disclosed, the interface may permit a separate review of the relevant subcontracted performance.
32. PROVIDERS WITH MULTIPLE LISTINGS OR LOCATIONS
26.1. Ratings may be displayed at: - Provider-account level; - Listing level; - location level; - category level; or - professional-profile level. 26.2. The interface must make clear which transactions are included in the displayed rating. 26.3. Findit must not transfer ratings from: - an unrelated business; - a previous owner; - an unrelated service category; - another location; - a different professional; or - another platform without a clear explanation and a lawful, reliable basis. 26.4. Where a business changes ownership materially, Findit may reset, separate or annotate the historical rating.
33. EXTERNAL REVIEW SOURCES
27.1. Findit may display ratings or testimonials obtained from another platform only where: - the source is identified; - Findit has permission to display the content; - the content is not presented as a Findit Verified Transaction Review; - the verification method of the external source is not misrepresented; - the date is shown where appropriate; and - material sponsorship or commercial influence is disclosed. 27.2. Imported external reviews are not included in the Findit Verified Transaction rating unless Findit can apply an equivalent verification process and clearly explains this. 27.3. A Provider must not upload screenshots of fabricated external reviews.
34. PRIVACY AND REVIEW DATA
28.1. Findit processes review information under the Privacy Policy. 28.2. Review data may include: - account identifier; - order or booking reference; - Provider; - rating; - review text; - submission date; - moderation data; - reports; - evidence; - edit history; - appeal records; and - fraud and security signals. 28.3. Public display is limited to information reasonably necessary to present and understand the review. 28.4. Review and moderation records may be retained where necessary for: - Platform operation; - complaint handling; - fraud prevention; - legal compliance; - establishment or defence of claims; and - audit purposes. 28.5. Reviewers must not upload unnecessary sensitive information as evidence.
35. REPEATED REVIEW MISUSE
29.1. Findit may restrict review functions for users who repeatedly: - publish fake reviews; - submit prohibited content; - manipulate ratings; - harass Providers or Customers; - misuse reports; - evade removal through duplicate accounts; or - commit another serious or repeated breach. 29.2. Except where immediate action is justified, Findit will normally provide a warning before imposing a repeat-misuse restriction. 29.3. Findit will consider: - frequency; - proportion of violating reviews; - seriousness; - consequences; - apparent intention; - prior warnings; and - proportionality. 29.4. A user will not be restricted merely because they submit several genuine negative reviews.
36. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
30.1. Findit may update this Policy because of: - legal changes; - new review features; - new categories; - new authenticity checks; - fraud risks; - ranking changes; - new external review integrations; or - operational improvements. 30.2. Every version will show its version number and effective date. 30.3. The public description of review verification must always match the actual technical process. 30.4. Findit must not continue displaying a verification label where the supporting process has been removed or materially weakened. 30.5. Previous versions may be retained for audit, complaints and evidence.

38. V3.2 reconciliation: QR, NFC and verified-review labels
A QR or NFC invitation proves only that a code was used; it does not by itself prove purchase or completion. A review may be labelled verified only where the displayed method is satisfied, such as a completed platform booking. Incentives must be disclosed and may not depend on a positive score. Findit may preserve transaction and invitation evidence to investigate manipulation.
39. AI assistance and review integrity
AI may assist with translation, summaries, duplicate detection or risk triage but must not fabricate a user's experience, alter the substantive sentiment without disclosure or publish a review on a user's behalf without approval. Material moderation disputes receive human review where required.
40. Integrity signals and fair investigation
Shared device, IP address, timing, account cluster, rating spike, invitation route and lack of other activity may be used as review-integrity signals, but none is conclusive by itself. Shared households, workplaces, venues, accessibility arrangements and public networks can produce legitimate overlap. A material restriction should consider multiple signals, allow relevant explanation and preserve the basis for review or appeal.
A remedy, refund or settlement must not be conditional on deleting or changing a genuine review. A Provider may respond factually and offer a remedy in good faith, and the reviewer may voluntarily update the review, but neither advertising spend, Trusted Partner status nor a commercial relationship with Findit affects the moderation standard.
